Terms of Use
The app license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These notices explain Walkxr’s operation and purchases. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Distance and safe use
Walkxr estimates walking distance by integrating the treadmill speed you enter over active time. It does not independently measure belt speed or control your treadmill. Update the entered speed when your treadmill changes, and pause tracking when you stop walking. Incline does not add to belt distance or guarantee calorie correction.
When a free session ends, the app stops tracking. It does not stop your treadmill. Use the treadmill’s controls and follow its safety instructions. The app is a fitness utility, not a medical device or medical advice. We do not guarantee corrected step counts, specific Activity-ring credit, or calorie accuracy.
Free and Pro
Free sessions last up to 10 active minutes, after which you may restart. Completed Free and Pro walks can be saved to Apple Health when authorized. Pro unlocks unlimited duration, one-tap Keep walking, and display customization. Health permissions remain optional; without them, sensor collection and workout saving may be unavailable.
Pro subscriptions
Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. The purchase screen displays the current localized price, the billing period and the included features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues for the paid period. Apple handles billing and any renewal notices required by its terms and applicable law.
Lifetime Pro
Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable unlock for Pro features in this app while it remains available and compatible with supported devices. It is not a commitment to perpetual compatibility or operation of future products. Purchasing Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Cancel that subscription with Apple to avoid future renewal charges.
Restore, manage, and refunds
Use Restore Purchases in the app for eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel subscriptions with Apple. Request refunds from Apple where available. Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law govern billing, cancellations and refunds.
